Yes, the Finger of Fate is controlled by me. So, what exactly is the Finger of Fate, you ask? It's for random events. Stuff that you can either work into the plot, or things you can ignore. Whichever strikes your fancy. Either way, you won't hurt my feelings.
But beware. The Finger of Fate isn't necessarily something to be avoided... but who said it's always a lucky thing? This mysterious persona can start arguments or even create miracles. Depends on what mood the Finger of Fate is in. Just peachy, ain't it?
